Management of closed-end
investment funds
Fundusze Inwestycji Polskich TFI S.A. is a fund management company specialising in management of closed-end funds. Activity of the Company is regulated by the Act on Investment Funds dated of 27 May 2004 (Dz.U. (Journal of Laws) No. 146, item 1546, as amended) and supervised by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority (decision of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority on issuance of the permit for activity of the Company was issued on 16 October 2006).
Commencement of activity of the Company under the name: HEXAGON TFI S.A. after obtaining of the permit of the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
A change of the ownership structure entailing a change of the name of the Company into Fundusze Inwestycji Polskich TFI SA. These changes lasted to 2013.
Currently, the Company is managing three non-public assets closed-end funds.
Establishment of investment funds and their management (including intermediation in sale and redemption of participation units, their representation towards third parties as well as management of the collective portfolio of securities), intermediation in sale and redemption of participation units of investment funds established by other fund management companies or participation titles in foreign funds, performance of the function of a representative of the foreign funds.
